Hospital Pre-Registration

Please take a moment to complete your pre-registration. We ask that you do this more than three days prior to your service. On the day of your procedure, please bring your insurance cards and photo ID with you for verification. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Team. We are happy to help you in any way.

Internet
Mercy Health — Lourdes Hospital offers free wireless internet access to patients and visitors. Feel free to bring your WiFi enabled laptop or hand-held device with you to your next appointment/visit.
Food and Dining
Cafeteria
Café de Lourdes is located on the ground floor for the convenience of visitors, physicians, and hospital personnel.
Hours:
Monday through Friday
Breakfast: 6:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Café de Lourdes is open for breakfast and lunch only on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. There is also a vending area outside the cafeteria open 24 hours a day.
Coffee Beanery
The Coffee Beanery is located on the first floor near the main entrance. There are hot and cold specialty beverages available, as well as pastries, brownies, and bags of whole bean coffee.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Subway
Subway is located next to Coffee Beanery and offers subs, hot and fresh toasted sandwiches, wraps, salads, pizzas and cookies.
Spiritual Care
The Chapel is located in the Marshall Nemer Pavilion. A chaplain is available 24 hours a day. To reach a Chaplain, dial “0” from a hospital phone and have operator page.
Smoking Policy
To protect the health of our patients, visitors and associates, smoking is prohibited on the Lourdes campus. This includes all buildings, parking lots, and grounds.
