She remembers me, knows my character, my medical history and is ready to work with me and my concerns at that moment. I don't need to spend a third of the time going back into my medical history. I feel comfortable and confident in her professionalism, training and as a human being. She treats you with respect and as an equal when making or discussing a plan of treatment.
