Compliance Program

BSMH has implemented a compliance program (“Program”) and BSMH Code of Conduct (“Code”) that applies to all associates, Board members, providers, and contractors across BSMH. BSMH is committed to the highest standards of integrity as we deliver care, and our Program is designed to address and mitigate risks associated with an integrated global healthcare delivery system.

An effective compliance program fosters a culture of integrity that starts with the Board and extends throughout the organization. The BSMH Program ensures the development and ongoing assessment of infrastructure to prevent, detect, and correct potential compliance concerns. BSMH is committed to creating a culture that supports integrity, ethics, and compliance in our day-to-day activities. The BSMH Program and the supporting infrastructure and activities are periodically reviewed and updated to provide assurances that the Program is effective and meets expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
