Our team provides comprehensive services including preventive care, testing, treatment for common illnesses and support for managing long‑term conditions. Whether you need a routine wellness visit or help addressing a new health concern, we’re here to keep you well with care that’s close to campus.

We’re located on the first floor of the Applied Science Center (ASC) on the Leffel Lane campus. If driving, we suggest parking in Lot D. There are wheelchair accessible spaces directly in front of the building.

You don’t have to be a Clark State Eagle to set up an appointment with our primary care physicians or nurses. Whether you’re part of the college or just live nearby, we look forward to treating you.
