Are you experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or body aches? Or have you tested positive for COVID-19?

We ask that you please visit the following laboratory location during designated hours so we can best serve you.

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 7:30 am, 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am - 8:00 am, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
