We’re proud to serve the Eastgate community and are conveniently located near Jungle Jim's off Eastgate Boulevard, next to Rincon Mexicano Restaurant. We have walk-in care options available for services like injuries, illnesses, and seasonal allergies as well as lab testing and onsite X-ray. Occupational health services are available at this location. We accept most insurance policies and are looking forward to treating you and your family and getting you back on your way! Mercy Health Urgent Care, Eastgate now offers orthopedic after-hours care to better serve your immediate bone, joint, and muscle injuries.

We are co-located with Mercy Health — Occupational Health Services, Eastgate which offers the following services.
- Drug Screening - Urine and Hair Tests
- Alcohol Screening - Breath Alcohol
- DOT Physical Exams
- Pre-employment Physical Exams, including Lift Tests, Audiogram and Vision Tests.
- Return to Work Physicals and Fit for Duty Physicals
- Employment Lab Tests such as Urinalysis, Blood Glucose Testing, Lead Testing
- Routine Bloodwork: CMP, CBC, and Lipid Panels
- Vaccines (TDAP, Varicella, MMR (measles), Hep B, Flu)
- Titers (blood draw to check immunity prior to immunization)
