In this class you will learn the basics of breastfeeding including how to latch, proper positioning for you and baby, breastfeeding complications and how to pump and store your milk.
Virtual Childbirth Education and Facility Tour
In this class you will learn about the labor process, birthing and relaxation techniques and how to cope with any emergencies that may arise for you or your baby.
