The Lunch and Lecture takes place from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23 at The Heritage Club, located at 6690 Heritage Club Drive in Mason, Ohio 45040.
Dr. Thornton, who is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics, leads the relaxed and interactive discussion that will give attendees a better understanding of the mental and physical effects of stress and ways to manage and prevent it.
