Mercy Health Opens Second Medical Office Building on West Hospital Campus
Mercy Health - Cincinnati, which provides advanced, quality, compassionate care in your neighborhood through its care network, announces that it opened the second medical office building on the West Hospital campus on Monday, May 8.
Located right at the entrance of the campus at 3310 Mercy Health Blvd., the medical office building, which is owned by Mercy Health, measures 50,000 sq. ft., offers 290 parking spaces and cost $20.5 million to build. The primary construction contractor on the project was Skanska.
Tenants in the new building include:
- Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI)
- Cincinnati GI
- Mercy Health - White Oak Family Practice
- West Hospital Endoscopy with four endoscopy procedure rooms
- West Hospital Eye Surgery Center with two eye procedure rooms
- West Hospital Wound Care Center
“The community continues to embrace West Hospital with great enthusiasm and this new medical office building will help us meet increased demand for high quality primary and specialty care provided by Mercy Health Physicians, CEI and Cincinnati GI,” said West Market President and CEO Michael Kramer.
Anchor tenant CEI has consolidated three West Side practices into one in the new building. The eye surgery center in the building provides the full range of ophthalmology and ophthalmic subspecialty services for West Sider’s eye care needs.
