Mercy Health - Cincinnati, which provides advanced, quality, compassionate care in your neighborhood through its care network, announces that The Jewish Hospital - Mercy Health’s free speaker series continues at the Mayerson JCC on Tuesday, October 17 with “Managing Your Medications: What You Need to Know About Taking Medication.”
As you age, it may seem as if you are taking more and more medication. Keeping track of all these prescriptions can be stressful — and can be harmful if you don’t have a good handle on it. That’s why it’s important to manage a list of your medications, the appropriate dosage and when to take them, as well as understand what they do and how they can interact with each other.
Join The Jewish Hospital — Mercy Health and Mayerson JCC as we talk about medication management. This interactive discussion will give you a better understanding of how to manage your medications. The presentation and Q&A will be led by Jason Niemann, board-certified pharmacist and director of pharmacy for Mercy Health — Cincinnati.
The program begins at 5:30 p.m. with appetizers and refreshments, followed by the discussion and Q&A, which runs from 6-7 p.m. The Mayerson JCC is located at located at 8485 Ridge Road, Cincinnati 45236.
