Mercy Health Names First Chief Medical Officer

(CINCINNATI; February 16, 2016) – Mercy Health, a Catholic Health Ministry serving Ohio and Kentucky, has named Nick Kreatsoulas, D.O., FACEP, as Mercy Health’s chief medical officer of acute care services, a new position, and system quality officer, a role he shares with Phyllis Doulaveris, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CPHQ, the organization’s first-ever chief nurse executive. Kreatsoulas reports to Brent Asplin, MD, Mercy Health Chief Clinical Officer, and assumed his role in November 2015.
