MyChart Evisits - Convenient, quality care at your fingertips

An Evisit is an online visit with a primary care provider that can be used as an alternative to a traditional office visit for certain non-emergency conditions. This is a fast, affordable and secure way to receive an online diagnosis and treatment plan for common medical conditions.

Evisits are available through MyChart for any adult who currently has an established relationship with a Mercy Health primary care physician or advanced practice clinician.

By logging into MyChart and answering a series of questions, you can receive care from the comfort of home, work or any other location with internet access. A Mercy Health primary provider will review your Evisit answers, along with your medical record information, and recommend a treatment plan to you electronically through your Mercy Health MyChart account.

All Evisit communication occurs in writing through MyChart. There is no video or verbal contact between you and the primary care provider.
