Stepping Out! Program
Being fit and making healthier choices is never easy. But our Stepping Out program is a free and fun way to improve your health and reduce your risk for diabetes and heart disease. From fitness and healthy eating educational classes to free health screenings, your healthier lifestyle is just a phone call away.
Free classes and programs include:
- fitness activities, including line dancing, aerobics, Zumba, yoga and strength training
- health screenings, including weight, waist, body fat, BMI and blood pressure
Must be 18 or older to participate.
