Application Requirements and Process

Applications should be completed through the American Physical Therapy Association’s centralized application system RF-PTCAS.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must satisfy the following requirements to be considered:

  • Graduated from a credentialed physical therapy program
  • Ohio licensure (needed by the start program. If new graduate, NPTE must be taken in spring in order to ensure licensure by program start date)
  • Basic Life Support (needed by the start of program)
  • Three letters of recommendations
  • Resume or CV
