Scholarly Activity
Our formal didactic series take place on Wednesday afternoons. Neurology department attending staff realizes that our residents will be at didactics during this protected time. Residents will participate in core lectures and hear presentations from Neurology staff, faculty, other residents and guest speakers. Journal Club will also be held every other month. Selected journal articles will be discussed under supervision of a Neurology faculty member. During this time, residents will critique medical literature and learn from recent advances in Neurological medicine.
Residents will also have opportunities to participate in or develop their own research, with an infrastructure to support clinical trials and investigative studies, including research coordinators, a research manager and statistical support.
