Program Overview

Thank you for your interest in the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program offered by Mercy Health – St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, Ohio, a suburb of Toledo, Ohio. We are pleased you have taken time to learn more about our residency program. Mercy Health – St. Charles Hospital started its residency as a shared residency between St. Charles Hospital and St. Vincent Medical Center in July of 2004. In July of 2016 our program transitioned to two separate residency programs, offering opportunities to experience rotations at either location. We have continued to grow, expanding to two residency positions at St. Charles in July of 2019.
