What to Expect
During the course of this 12-month program, the PGY-1 pharmacy resident will be an integral member of the multidisciplinary team. A customized plan will be developed for each resident during orientation and updated quarterly. The resident will need to employ time management skills to balance patient care responsibilities with longitudinal projects.
