Didactic and Simulation Curriculum

Our program follows an 18-month curriculum aligned with topics outlined in the ABEM Emergency Medicine Model. Each Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., residents participate in protected didactic education held in the GME Center classrooms.

Monthly simulation sessions provide additional hands-on learning through megacodes, high-fidelity simulation cases, and practice of high-acuity, low-occurrence (HALO) procedures in the simulation lab.

GME Center

Train in our dedicated Graduate Medical Education Center, designed to support collaboration, innovation, and hands-on learning. The center features simulation labs, classrooms, conference space, and dedicated resident work areas to enhance education and foster a strong learning community.
