Current Resident
Hello! My name is Sydney Pelnick, and I am the 2026-2027 PGY-2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Resident at Mercy Health St. Charles Hospital. I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and received my PharmD from Purdue University College of Pharmacy. Following graduation, I moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana and completed my PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Parkview Health. For as long as I can remember, working in behavioral healthcare has been a long-term career goal of mine. I am fortunate to have worked in a wide variety of healthcare settings, with mentorship from compassionate pharmacists who have influenced my approach to providing patient-centered care. I am very excited to be completing my PGY-2 training with such a strong and supportive pharmacy team! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, crafting, exploring new cities, and listening to true crime podcasts and audiobooks!
