How to Apply — Orthopedic Residency at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital

Thank you for your interest in our ACGME-accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program

To apply for an audition rotation, ensure you adhere to the following requirements

  • Application Date: Requests are accepted starting March 1st of each year.
  • Required Form: You must complete and submit the "Clinical Rotation Request Form" provided by the program. The form link can be found in the bottom-left area of this page
  • Personal Statement: This must be submitted alongside your request and should specifically address:
    - Your interest in the field of Orthopaedic Surgery.
    - Your long-term career goals.
    - Specific reasons why you are interested in our residency program.
    - Your personal statement should accompany your clinical rotation request.

Application Deadline

We accept applications through Electronic Resident Application Services (ERAS) only. Applications can be submitted from the time ERAS opens for the current season until Dec 30th.
