Shabana Farooq, MD | Program Director

Medical School: Khyber Medical College
Residency: Mercy Health – St. Vincent Medical Center

Dr. Farooq brings nearly 35 years of experience in caring for patients, families and educating family medicine residents. Her vision for this program is to educate skilled, compassionate family physicians who will provide competent and comprehensive care to patients, their families and the surrounding community.
